At the moment the RA Human Rights Defender's Office is preparing the second interim report in English on the shelling of Chinari, Aygepar-Berd settlements of Tavush region to be sent to international organizations. Armenian Ombudsman Arman Tatoyan wrote about it on his Facebook page.
The Human Rights Defender recorded the statements of the RA Ministry of Defense and the RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs that the Azerbaijani side targeted the civilian infrastructure and the civilian population of Berd town of Tavush region of Armenia with a drone attack.
