At the NA special sitting, the RA Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan touched upon the incidents on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.
"We consider the provocations and sabotage of Azerbaijan on the northern border of Armenia which is taking place since yesterday as an inadmissible adventure, especially in the conditions of the pandemic raging all over the world. I would like to make clear to the entire international community our official position that the Azerbaijani authorities are fully responsible for the Azerbaijani losses as a result of such actions, the possible regional tensions and instability.
At the same time, let us state that the Armenian army carries out its tasks with all professionalism, honor and dedication, giving a worthy counterattack to the provocative actions of the enemy. I would like to express my support to our soldiers and officers who once again show our military strength and full readiness.
At the same time I call on our society to show maximum responsibility, taking into account the war in the information field, to rely on or disseminate only official information, thus supporting the Armenian army", said the Deputy Prime Minister.
