The RA Ministry of Defense spokeswoman Shushan Stepanyan just informed that the Azerbaijani side has resumed shelling the Armenian positions in the direction of Tavush from an 82 mm grenade launcher and from tank.
"The military-political leadership of Azerbaijan will bear all the responsibility due to the escalation of the situation", Stepanyan wrote.
Earlier today the spokeswoman of the RA Ministry of Defense
wrote on her Facebook page: "Today, at around 12:30, the servicemen of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces, for reasons we do not understand, tried to cross the RA state border in the direction of Tavush with a UAZ car.
After the warning of the Armenian side, the Azerbaijani servicemen left their UAZ car and returned to their position. At 13:45 the servicemen of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces repeated the attempt to occupy the Armenian border position, using artillery fire, but were suppressed by the Armenian side, suffered losses and being thrown back. There are no losses from the Armenian side".

reported that two servicemen of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces were killed and five others were wounded in an incident on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border today.
