He noted that he did not speak with the President of the Republic, and the law will be signed when he has the opportunity to sign. "The president has 21 days, he can challenge the law in the Constitutional Court, and if, in the end, he does not sign and does not apply to the Constitutional Court, the NA Speaker will have a legal opportunity to sign the law", Mirzoyan explained.
