On July 4, the RA Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan, who is in Artsakh on a working visit, met with the Primate of the Diocese of Artsakh Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan.
Issues related to the spiritual life of the Armenians of Artsakh, as well as all Armenians, were touched upon during the meeting.
The Archbishop presented the activities and programs of the Artsakh Diocese to the Minister Mnatsakanyan.
