Representatives of the Red Cross visited citizens of Armenia and Artsakh Karen Ghazaryan, Arayik Ghazaryan and Arsen Baghdasaryan, arrested in Azerbaijan.
Zara Amatuni, head of communication programs for the International Committee of the Red Cross delegation in Armenia, told "Lurer" that ICRC officials continued to visit detainees during this time to monitor their health and well-being.
Taking into account the restrictions conditioned by the coronavirus pandemic, the committee in a dialogue with the relevant authorities paid special attention to strengthening the measures to prevent the spread of the virus.
