A post about the resumption of Flydubai Airlines flights has been posted on the "Armenian Aviation" Facebook page.
"We are glad to announce that according to the information received from Flydubai Airlines, regular flights on the Dubai-Yerevan-Dubai route will be resumed on July 15. The following rules will apply to foreign tourists traveling to Dubai:

Be sure to have health insurance, document confirming the negative test of COVID-19, which was done 96 hours before departure. Otherwise, they will be tested at the airport.
All arrivals will undergo a heat test. In case of suspicious signs, the airport has the right to ban entry to the country and conduct double testing.
In case of a positive answer 14-day isolation is mandatory, all expenses of which must be covered by the tourist", the Facebook page reads.
