According to the Prime Minister the most unfulfilled task in the state budget of 2019 is the return of corruption money which is primarily related to security area.
"I have said that in the coming years we should be able to invest $ 1.5-2 billion in the security sphere, armed forces, and these means should come from the return of corrupt money. The corruption system loves money the most and they don't want to give up their money.
A law on confiscation of illegal property has been passed, which will soon come into force. There are huge successes in corruption cases but we also have legal issues that need to be addressed.

Referring to the statements about his and his family's smuggling the Prime Minister said that they want to get their own image.
"They have realized that their image is the main driving force of the revolution, and because they want to make a revolution, they want to create a Serzh Sargsyan from me at the hands of "free" media, to create a disgusting image like them. This is their whole purpose. But that goal will not be achieved. You think the power is in the money?, no, the power is in the truth”, said the Prime Minister.
