The First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev wrote a congratulatory message to Armen Argsyan.
"In your person Armenia has a leader and a patriotic person who invests all his efforts for the benefit of the country and the people.
Kazakhstan and Armenia have been linked by friendly relations and mutual understanding for many years. I am convinced that your activities will further contribute to the expansion of multilateral and bilateral cooperation for the benefit of both peoples".
Congratulating the President Armen Sargsyan, the second President of Kazakhstan Kasim-Jomart Tokaev stated in his message
"The rich experience of your life and political path the significant contribution to the sustainable development of Armenia are a vivid example of selfless service to the homeland, which has justifiably earned you sincere respect and great prestige both at home and abroad.
I am convinced that due to our joint efforts, the Armenian-Kazakh relations, which are based on strong ties of friendship and mutual trust, will be further strengthened in the interests of our peoples".
