President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has sent a congratulatory message to President of the Republic of Armenia Armen Sargsyan on his birthday. The message particularly states:
"In the Republic of Belarus, you are known as an experienced statesman who invests all his energy and knowledge in raising the welfare of Armenia and its people, and strengthening the country's reputation in the international arena.
Your contribution to the development of Armenian-Belarusian friendly relations is invaluable. I am convinced that with joint efforts we can successfully realize the significant potential of our mutually beneficial cooperation".
