The regular joint sitting of the Security Councils of the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Artsakh kicked off in Yerevan today.
In this connection the Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan wrote on his Facebook page. "I am convinced the agenda of the joint sitting will greatly contribute to raising the level of defense of the security system of our united homeland".
