Today's government session started with the discussion of the main problem of the recent period - the coronavirus epidemic. The Prime Minister noted that yesterday there was a high rate of infection again, and the reason for that was the widespread non-observance of anti-epidemic rules.
"We have to apply more and more rigorous administrative methods to comply with anti-epidemic rules", he said, noting that citizens must have an identity document to make it easier for the police to take administrative action.
The Prime Minister said that not wearing a mask and not having an identity document will be considered and registered as two separate administrative offenses.
"We must state that all state bodies dealing with citizens must regulate the mandatory queues. A corresponding instruction has been issued but it is necessary to control how much it's observed", said the Prime Minister, emphasizing that maintaining the rules especially in the banks is very important, as they are dealing with a large human flow.
"It is important to note that there has been a significant decrease in the prices of masks in the market, the SCPEC predicts that this process will continue", the Prime Minister said, adding that soon one mask will be available for 60-70 drams. He reminded citizens that the mask they wear protects not so much the one who puts it on, but the other person.
