The RA Prosecutor General's Office will file an appeal against today's
decision of the Criminal Court of Appeal on release Robert Kocharyan, the key defendant in the "March 1" case, on bail.
"The prosecutor's office has repeatedly stated that we are at a stage where there is a significant increase in the risk of obstructing the defendant's trial by illegally influencing those involved in the criminal case if he is at large, and no other measure of restraint shall be able to neutralize the risks of the defendant's proper conduct.
According to that I can say that the prosecutor's office will file a cassation appeal against that judicial act”, said Gor Abrahamyan, Adviser to the RA Prosecutor General, in a conversation with 1lurer.am.
