"We have 665 new cases of coronavirus. We continue not to wear masks in large numbers. What do we do wrong that our dear compatriots treat themselves and the health of those around them with such a contempt?
Should our government, which has been formed by dialogue with the citizen, speak to the citizen in the language of coercion in order to maintain its own precious health and increase its readiness for that?", the PM wrote.
