"There are organizations that have told Armenia for 30 years to fight corruption, fight against electoral bribery and electoral fraud. Now that a real struggle has begun, they say "Oh, why are you pressuring the opposition?". Those who have been engaged in corruption for 30 years are now in opposition. Now it's a good way, I'm in opposition, don't put a pressure on me", said Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
During the discussions on the 27th anti-crisis program at the government sitting, the Prime Minister touched upon the issue of personal data protection. "We defend the personal data sacredly. A large part of the public does not believe that there are people who have died from coronavirus, does not believe that there are people in the resuscitation department, there are people who have been infected with coronavirus in the building next to them.
When the police arrest someone, another goes live and shows everything, in this case no one remembers that there is a problem with the privacy of personal data. And when the violation of the citizen is shown - the impudent attitude towards the police officer, they say you have violated the confidentiality of personal data", the Prime Minister continued.
As for anti-crisis measures according to the Prime Minister the names of its beneficiaries will be published. And if the citizen does not want his data to be published, he should not apply for the state support.
