Today the video conversation of the Ministers of Health of Lithuania Arsen Torosyan and Aurelijus Veryga took place with the participation of the officials of the Ministries of Health of the two countries.
The partners discussed bilateral cooperation as well as the issue related to the visit of the medical team arriving in Armenia from Lithuania this week. Arsen Torosyan thanked the Lithuanian Health Minister for support in the fight against coronavirus disease in Armenia. He expressed confidence that the experience of the medical team from Lithuania will be of great help in overcoming the pandemic in Armenia.
The Lithuanian Health Minister in his turn expressed hope that a mutual visits will take place in the future.
A team of specialists from Lithuania - 8 doctors and 3 experts will arrive in Armenia on June 19.
