The Minister of RA Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Suren Papikyan during the discussion of the execution of the 2019 budget in the National Assembly touched upon the construction of a new metro station.
The Minister noted that in last year's budget nothing was allocated for the construction of the metro. There is no allocation for its construction in this year's budget either, but steps are being taken to implement the project by various means.
"It will be either with additional government funding or private investment. In other words we have two issues under discussion. The final option will be clear this year", said Minister Papikyan.
