The Artsakh State minister and Commandant in charge of emergency Grigory Martirosyan has signed a new decision on the temporary restrictions applied in the whole territory of the Artsakh republic.
By that decision wearing a mask is becoming mandatory in closed areas, except in residential areas and public catering establishments (the last exception applies only to customers). Wearing a mask is mandatory also during funeral arrangements, in passenger transportation.
