The coronavirus situation in Armenia remains tense but there are weak hopes that the situation will stabilize. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated this at today's briefing.
"But we still have to be vigilant. The problem is the same-the observance of anti-epidemic rules", Pashinyan stressed. He noted that recently outbreak of the epidemic occurs especially during weddings and funerals, so thes should be held only in accordance with the established rules.
Pashinyan also touched upon the activities of polyclinics. "In the context of the fight against the epidemic we are making serious investments in the system of polyclinics. I think that as a result of the fight against the epidemic, the system will be significantly strengthened, the efficiency of polyclinics will increase," said the Prime Minister.
He added that the salaries of medical workers, including those in polyclinics, have risen since last year and the government has always kept that issue in mind.
