Today in the Parliament NSS Director Eduard Martirosyan, referring to the neutralization of cybercrime in Armenia, said that they had acted effectively in this direction and had revealed a large number of cases.
According to Martirosyan, cybercrime is very diverse, but it's mainly computer DoS and phishing attacks. Such attacks are carried out mainly on public administration systems. These systems, however, are on protected servers.
Martirosyan stressed that cyber-attacks can occur several times a day, including by the enemy. According to him it is difficult to find out who the perpetrator of the attack is but effective detection works are being carried out.
"Of course, we have a problem with technical equipment, which, I think, will be solved in the near future", Martirosyan said.
