Today's government sitting started with the remote connection of the Prime Minister Pashinyna. He first asked the Minister of Health Arsen Torosyan to present the situation.
After presenting the
latest data, Torosyan noted: "I can say that the number of patients in heavy and extremely heavy condition remains approximately the same. 391 people are in severe, 59 are extremely critical condition, 15 people are connected to the lung ventilation device.
There is a dangerous trend, again we have cases in different production facilities, which in our own experience shows that another large outbreak is possible because one of the outbreaks in early March spread the infection very quickly, again from the production plant. It is possible to have the same scenario”.
According to the minister, 15 to 20 percent of those registered need hospitalization, while others are treated at home.
"It is very important to ensure a significant decline in the number of cases so that we can continue the process. That is, not to leave anyone without medical care", said the Minister.
