Referring to the photos he posted, the Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said live on Facebook that the safety rules are not being followed in the country. He concluded that there is no law enforcement in the world that can resolve such a large-scale issue.
"In recent days I have had a very heated conversation with the head of the police and the director of the National Security Service about this situation, about not presenting the problem correctly by them, because what I saw with your help is just a catastrophe. But there is no such force in the world that can solve this problem", said the Prime Minister. According to him, the staff of our police must be at least 4-5 times bigger in order to be able to solve this problem.
"One separate structure, even the government, is not able to solve this problem, because each of us does not consider the problem to be his own. Hospitals are running out of space because it is impossible to stop this rate in one day. I am convinced that if we followed the rules, we would have 95% less cases.
Yes, I have contracted the coronavirus, I am just not different from the average citizen of the Republic of Armenia. I admit my mistake, let's each of us admit his mistake and let's retreat from the path to the abyss", said Nikol Pashinyan.
He noted that this is an opportunity for us to finally become a country of law. "Illegalities have penetrated us so deeply that we must remove it with the coronavirus", Nikol Pashinyan said live.
