The RA National Assembly speaker Ararat Mirzoyan expressed condolences on the
death of former NA speaker Armen Khachatryan.
"I learned with sorrow about the death of the former NA speaker Armen Khachatryan. On behalf of the deputies of the National Assembly, the staff and myself, I extend my condolences to the Khachatryan family, relatives and friends", Mirzoyan's message reads.
