Former RA NA Speaker, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Armen Khachatryan has died. He headed the RA Parliament from1999 to 2003.
Armen Khachatryan was the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to Ukraine in 2003-2010. In 2010 he had been appointed RA Ambassador to the Republic of Belarus. In 2017 he resigned as ambassador.
