The Consulate General of Armenia in Los Angeles informs that on May 30, 70 RA citizens left LAX International Airport on the Los Angeles-Amsterdam-Minsk-Yerevan route. The employees of the RA Consulate General in Los Angeles and the RA Embassy in the Netherlands provided assistance to the RA citizens in organizational issues.
Thanks to the agreements reached betwin RA Consulate General, KLM and Belavia airlines, the citizens of the Republic of Armenia do not need a Schengen visa in Amsterdam and use the transit zone.
On June 1, 23 Armenian citizens returned to Armenia via the same route. According to the mentioned agreements, the flights are being carried out from May 2, on a weekly basis.
A total of 214 RA citizens returned to Armenia via the Los Angeles-Amserdam-Minsk-Yerevan route.
Before each flight at the Los Angeles International Airport the employees of the Consulate General of the Republic of Armenia present to those leaving the notice of the RA Emergency Commandant on the obligation of self-isolation as soon as they arrive in Armenia.
