It also has to remind us once again that we, as a state and society, have responsibilities to our younger citizens", the NA Speaker Ararat Mirzoyan wrote this on his Facebook page.
"Protecting the rights of children is much more than just protecting. This is the guarantee that our growing citizens will become caring members of our society tomorrow and will also protect the rights of other vulnerable groups - women, the elderly, the disabled.
Dear children, congratulations on your holiday. Thank you only for being there", Mirzoyan wrote.
