"I have received many calls and letters from Armenia and diaspora urging me to stay in the Artsakh diplomatic service", the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Artsakh Republic Masis Mailyan made such a post on his Facebook page.
"By the decree of the President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan, I have been
reappointed Minister of Foreign Affairs. As noted, the decision was made taking into account the current situation and challenges. And it is exclusively in the interests of the country.
I have agreed to head the Artsakh Foreign Ministry again, taking into account the opinion of the majority of political forces that supported my candidacy in the last presidential election. Besides, I received many calls and letters from Armenia and diaspora urging me to stay in the Artsakh Diplomatic Service.
It is a great honor and responsibility for me to continue my service on the foreign policy front of the Artsakh Republic", Masis Mailyan wrote.
