RA Minister of Health Arsen Torosyan reaffirmed during today's briefing - The situation conditioned by the coronavirus in Armenia remains tense.
The Minister noted that the measures taken by them must be continuously carried out in order to be able to keep the infection growth rate within the same framework and then reduce it until zero.
"At the moment, we have 316 citizens in serious and 53 in critical condition, 17 are connected to artificial lung ventilation", Torosyan said.
The Minister noted that in the coming months about 100 beds will be brought to the intensive care unit, 50 of which in "Surb Grigor Lusavorich" and 50 in "Erebuni" MCs.
"Yesterday we had a bad record of 15 deaths. There is no guarantee that any infected person, even a healthy and young, will have 100% recovery”, said Torosyan.
