Arayik Harutyunyan assumed the post of Artsakh President, and a new government will be formed there in the coming days.
The President of Artsakh did not rule out that there will be officials who will be reappointed.
There are rumors that Masis Mailyan, who was Arayik Harutyunyan's main rival in the elections, may continue to work as the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
