Today a sitting of the commission coordinating the work on preventing the spread of coronavirus in Armenia, chaired by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, was held.
The information on the statistics of confirmed cases of infection, current dynamics, health status of infected persons and testing activity was presented at the meeting. The strategy of addressing of the asymptomatic cases and the mechanisms of self-isolation control became the subject of discussion.
Also the control of the coronavirus chains using technological tools and the work carried out in various directions to prevent the spread of the epidemic, issues of application of sanctions in case of violations were discussed. Issues related to the saturation and overload of the healthcare system were also discussed.
The Prime Minister instructed to continue works in compliance with the safety rules set by the Crisis management office.
