On 22 May President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan received RA National Assembly speaker Ararat Mirzoyan.
The Central Information department of the office of the Artsakh President informs that Arayik Harutyunyan highly assessed the relations between the parliaments of the two Armenian republics, emphasizing that their improvement should be permanent.
In this context, the Artsakh President called for the intensification of cooperation with the newly elected National Assembly of Artsakh and the construction of qualitatively new relations.
Ararat Mirzoyan congratulated Arayik Harutyunyan on assuming the high post of President and assured that they would make every effort to develop closer and more effective mechanisms for working with their colleagues in Artsakh.
The speaker of the National Assembly of Artsakh Arthur Tovmasyan took part in the meeting.
