Today the RA President Armen Sargsyan had a telephone conversation with Arayik Harutyunyan, congratulating him on assuming the post of President of the Artsakh Republic.
President Sargsyan wished Harutyunyan success and expressed confidence that the newly elected President will continue to use all his strength and energy, experience and knowledge for development, strengthening security and welfare of the people of Artsakh.
