Today, after a two-month pause, work is resuming public transport, in which not only wearing masks but also gloves is mandatory for both passengers and drivers. Transportation of standing passengers in public transport is prohibited, except for vehicles longer than 9 meters.
From now on wearing a mask will be mandatory in all closed areas, and the presence of a mask will be mandatory in open areas. Citizens must have masks with them in open areas, but it is not necessary to wear it. In case of entering a closed area the citizen must wear a mask.
Today also resumes their work preschools, shopping centers, sports clubs. It is not allowed to go for shopping without a mask, even to enter a gym or a beauty salon. Protective masks are manatory in kindergartens and must be applied every 3-4 hours. In public places, such as restaurants and cafes, only staff must wear a mask all the time.
The open-air historical and cultural sites also will be reopened today.
