After the velvet revolution no document on Nagorno-Karabakh negotiation process was drafted and armenian side has refused the old one, saying it was unacceptable. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated this at today's press conference, touching upon the recent statement of Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
"We have fixed our principles. The question has been whether we will continue the talks from the point left by Serzh Sargsyan. We said - no, what we have inherited is not acceptable to us. We should not be restrained so that we do not talk around the negotiating table. There are different views on the issue, phased or package options, these are issues that need to be clarified", the Prime Minister said.
