At today's press conference Prime Minister Pashinyan said an account of a family member of a former high-ranking official had been found, with $ 28 million.
Pashinyan said that "due to the circumstances, that $ 28 million, as far as he can remember, was donated to the Artsakh Republic". According to Pashinyan, the money was used for military, defense and security needs.
