The Yerevan Metro will reopen on May 18. The Metro has issued a statement saying that for passengers travel will be allowed only with personal protective equipment, masks and gloves. Special officers in waiting rooms will be responsible for boarding passengers, they will organize the fast, safe and uninterrupted passenger transportation.
According to the announcement, there will be a sufficient number of alcohol-based hand sanitizers in the subway lounges and in all carriages of the train. The metro will operate according to its schedule, from 07:00 to 23:00.
