Today PM Nikol Pashinyan said live on Facebook that the public does not keep proparly anti-epidemic conditions in the country. The Prime Minister is concerned that the new cases of coronavirus infection in Armenia have been three-digit for several days now and are not decreasing.
"I want to draw everyone's attention to the fact that each of us has the opportunity not to be infected and not to infect others if we follow the rules", Pashinyan said. According to him, the strategy is to learn to live alongside the coronavirus, as the epidemic will continue for at least another year.
"If we go like this, the number of new cases will increase, and we will have to go to restrictions again. But we can all avoid this situation with individual responsibility, I urge you to strictly follow the anti-epidemic rules", stated Prime Minister.
According to him, the easing of restrictions since May 4 has allowed the economy to show some recovery trends, which will have a positive impact on the social situation. Pashinyan also said that 73 billion drams had already been distributed within the framework of anti-crisis measures, which was used by more than 1.1 million citizens.
