Former Foreign Minister of RA Eduard Nalbandyan has been invited to the Parliament Investigative commission on studying April war circumstances, the chairman of the commission Andranik Kocharyan told reporters today, adding that now Nalbandyan is not in Armenia.
Kocharian also informed the commission had sent a letter to Armenian ambassador to Russia Vardan Toghanyan asking for his support in this regard.
