Former Prime Ministers of Armenia Vazgen Manukyan, Khosrov Harutyunyan, Karen Karapetyan and former Prime Minister of Artsakh Anushavan Danielyan have presented a personal guarantee to court for releasing Robert Kocharyan from custody.
All four appeared at the court session on Kocharyan's case today.
Armenia's second president Robert Kocharian has been accused of violating the constitutional order during the events following 2008 presidential elections. As a result of the violent suppressing of protests 10 people were killed at that time.
