"No leader of Armenia has expressed such a detailed position on the Artsakh issue as I did", RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated today, answering the question of MP Naira Zohrabyan on the settlement of the Artsakh conflict in the National Assembly.
"This whole process is for us to try to answer one question: can we approach our positions together, can we formulate a common position? And I have introduced an important component - solution to the Karabakh issue cannot be considered a solution if it is not acceptable for the people of Armenia and Artsakh.
Even if there have been authorities in the past who thought they would sign and take a solution, they have overestimated their strength. The solution, which can be used theoretically, is the solution that is acceptable for the people of Armenia, Artsakh and Azerbaijan", reminded his famous approach the Prime Minister.
