From now on, the building companies in Yerevan from the moment of opening a construction site will be obligated to guarantee temporary facilities on the streets adjacent to the site necessary for safe movement of pedestrians. The passages will be equipped with ramps and lighting. The City Council has approved the project.
At the same time, the project envisages changes in the requirements of construction waste removal. In particular, before the removal of the waste, which must be organized regularly, edifiers are obliged to keep it in a designated area at the construction site under impenetrable covers or closed containers. If there is no construction site (during repairs in a multi-residential building), the construction waste must be kept in the area under construction until its removal.
