Robert Kocharyan stays in Izmirlyan Medical Center. He has been undergoing exams for the last four days. The doctors will announce if he will be discharged or not, depending on the result of the exams.
Kocharyan has been in Izmirlyan Medical Center since December 12.
In an interview with 1lurer.am, Kocharyan’s attorney Hayk Alumyan did not reveal details concerning his health, only said that Kocharyan had no desire to participate in today’s session.
The session of the Criminal Court of Appeal is scheduled for 16:30 today. This is the first session with a new formation, the case has been sent to Judge Lusine Abgaryan. During the previous session, Judge Mkhitar Papoyan approved the motion of the prosecutors and recused himself.
