Yerevan City Council started the meeting with the issue of green areas and the announcement that “Green Areas and Environment Protection Center” would be founded.
The Vice Mayor claimed that it would regulate the work better and would not waste resources. The opposition argued that the approach rose from the logic of planned management system.
