The Parliament of Armenia adopted the bill to ratify the agreement between the governments of Armenia and Chine on abolishing the visa regime with China for people with ordinary passports. 98 MPs voted in favor of the bill.
According to the agreement, the two countries establish a visa-free regime by which the citizens of Armenia and China will be exempt from visas for up to 90 days within 180 days.
The citizens of Armenia and China, who intend to stay in the territory of the other country for a period exceeding 90 days within 180 days, have to apply for a visa beforehand.
