Legendary football player, USSR Master of Sport Suren Martirosyan has died at 70, reports the official website of the FFA. Maritrosyan’s name is directly connected to the significant pages of the Armenian football history.
As a player, Martirosyan played a big role in the Armenian football of ‘70s, brining great joy to all the Armenians with his game.
In June 2019, Martirosyan received a medal from the FFA for his great contribution to the Armenian football.
Martirosyan’s wake will take place today, at 18:00, in St. Sargis Church of the 5th Massive of Nor Nork.
