Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan held a consultative meeting on the International Day of Persons with Disabilities. The Primier stressed that the social attitude to disabled persons should change. Pashinyan is convinced that we should treat people with disabilities as a great potential and opportunity for the state and the public.
