The State Duma of Russia has ratified the agreement on supervising the movement of the goods imported to the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union. The agreement was signed in May during the meeting of the Eurasian Supreme Economic Council with the participation of the leaders of Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kirgizstan and Russia. The agreement envisages the creation of conditions to exclude the measures directed to the evasion of customs and tax payments, as well as the confirmation of the legality of trade turnover during the transportation from one EAEU member to the other.
