Armenia’s delegation, led by Head of the Migration Service Armen Ghazaryan, had a meeting with the Spanish partners in Madrid to discuss the prospects on launching the Armenia-EU visa liberalization dialogue.
Both sides highly appreciated this format meeting and its effectiveness.
Head of Armenia’s Migration Service highlighted the fact of effective implementation of the Armenia-EU Visa Facilitation and Readmission Agreements by Armenia which serves as a precondition for the launch of the aforementioned dialogue. Ghazaryan also presented the general tendencies in the field of forced return and the dynamic of the numbers for the past years.
