The department of corrections informs that an inmate at the Nubarashen Correctional Facility, escaped from the Erebuni Medical Center around 05:00, November 18.
Arayik Sargsyan has 7 prior convictions and was sentenced to six years and six months of imprisonment pursuant to Part 3, Art. 177 of the RA Civil Code.
According to a description provided by authorities, the prisoner – 170cm tall, muscular, black hair, brown eyes, wide forehead, full lips and wide, curved nose - was wearing a black pullover, a black tracksuit and slippers at the time of the escape. He has a wound covered with medical dressing at the left side of his neck.
Authorities called on anyone having any information about the whereabouts of the convict to contact police (102 or 010-44-29-04). Authorities guarantee the confidentiality of anyone who will provide information.
