1lurer.am has received information that the Special Investigation Service has arrested former Member of Parliament Aleksan Petrosyan and his son. Our sources report they are suspected in money laundering.
According to the information, Petrosyan has been arrested in connection with the criminal case of former Envrionment Protection Minister Aram Harutyunyan.
The businessman’s lawyer has appealed against the arrest and he has been freed. No official information regarding the case has been received.
The SIS has yet to confirm the information.
